Service Summary
Muscle Restoration Session: may include techniques such as Graston, Theragun, or other modalities tailored to individual needs and goals. Treatment duration can be selected based on the client's preference and specific requirements.
Before beginning any Muscle Restoration Sessions, an initial evaluation is required. This 55-minute evaluation, conducted by a licensed Physical Therapist to assess your needs and create a personalized treatment plan.
Following the evaluation, 12 Muscle Restoration Sessions can be booked with a Licensed Therapist:
A minimum booking of $175, with session durations capped at 75 minutes per appointment.
A non-refundable travel fee of $50 that applies to all mobile bookings.
After completing the 12th session, the patient is required to schedule a re-evaluation to continue scheduling any more session.
The following cancellation policy applies to all services offered:
Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. For these cancellations, any service fees paid in advance will be fully refunded, except for the non-refundable $50 travel fee.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full-service cost, including any applicable travel fee.
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without a 24-hour notification will be charged the full-service cost, including any applicable travel fee.
